• Custom Hardware & Mounting

  Installation using the hardware and techniques required for your specific situation — specialty brackets, custom backing plates, reinforced mounting systems, or motorized mechanisms.

• Complete Wiring & Signal Routing

  All HDMI, power, Ethernet, and audio cables routed and connected. For multi-TV setups, signal distribution configured. For motorized systems, power and control wiring installed and tested.

• Full System Testing

  Every connection verified, every mechanism tested through its full range, every display calibrated. For motorized lifts, we test the complete cycle and verify safety stops.

• Walkthrough & Cleanup

  We demonstrate the full system, explain operation and maintenance, and leave the area clean.

What's NOT Included (Limitations & Exclusions)

To set clear expectations:

• Equipment & Hardware Purchases

  You provide TVs, mounts, lifts, and AV equipment. We'll specify exactly what specialty hardware is needed during the assessment — custom brackets, backing plates, or signal splitters — and advise where to purchase them.

• Electrical Work & Dedicated Circuits

  We connect to existing outlets and route low-voltage wiring. New circuits, panel upgrades, or in-wall high-voltage wiring require a licensed electrician. Motorized lifts often need a nearby outlet — we'll identify this during assessment.

• Structural Modifications & Construction

  We install within existing structures. Building new walls, framing, major drywall work, or structural reinforcement beyond backing plates requires a general contractor.

• Painting & Finish Work

  We mount, wire, and calibrate. Painting, plastering, trim work, and other finish items are outside our scope.
